I'm committed now !! No turning back.

Well, It might should have read that I need to be committed!
After the snow week and overload of cabin fever, I have taken the first step in the exhaust modification on my Nighthawk CB-750!

I am following this plan:
http://www.nighthawk750.com/mods/exhaust.html

I have drilled out the rivets on the exhaust funnels and lubed the edges with WD.
The back part of the rivets have fallen into the pipe. That is why I am committed now.
I have to get the funnels out to clean it out before I can ride again!

The guys that did this plan, were working on new to 2 year old bikes back in 2000.
The last entry on the page was updated in summer of 2010 when another guy did it on a 2000 model.
He had a hard time getting the funnels out as the bike was 10 years old and had built up crud.
My bike is a '92 .... so I have 19 year of crud to get through!!!

Wish me luck!
